PAINTBALLS/EQUIPMENT

Only paintballs supplied by Paintball Challenge can by used on the day of your event (unless attending one of our monthly Walk On's, where you are allowed to bring your own paintballs). Anyone found to be using paintballs that have not been supplied by Paintball Challenge will be excluded from play without a refund.

Unused paintballs will not be credited or refunded.

You cannot use your own paintball gun/marker at Paintball Challenge unless you are attending one of our monthly Walk On events. Exceptions can sometimes be made for mechanical paintball guns, which are similar to the ones which we give to our rental customers, but this must be agreed before the event. Contact us if you are unsure on this. 

You may bring your own loader/goggles/air tank, however the equipment must be within the current safety standards and will need to be checked by Paintball Challenge's staff on the day of the event. Using your own equipment on a rental session will not entitle you to a discount and the full package price must still be paid. 

Any non-accidental damage to Paintball Challenge's equipment will be charged at the up-to-date replacement cost.

SAFETY

All players are required to sign a pre-play waiver form upon arrival and in doing so agree to the potential hazards of playing paintball in a woodland environment. Those under the age of 18 must have their waiver forms signed by an accompanying adult.

All players will be provided with a pre-play safety demonstration where rules of play and use of equipment is explained. It is the responsibility of all intended players to listen carefully throughout the safety demonstration. Anyone who does not follow the instructions of Paintball Challenge's staff may be excluded from play without a refund.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult. This adult must stay for the duration of the paintball session. The accompanying adult does not have to join in with the paintball games, they just have to remain on site to supervise children between games.  

Please note the minimum ages for our activities;

Low Impact Paintball - 8 years old

Paintball - 12 years old

Alcohol/Drugs are NOT permitted on site and anyone deemed to be under the influence of such substances may be excluded from play without a refund. Abuse towards our staff or other customers will not be tolerated and anyone deemed to be abusive may be excluded from play without a refund. 

BOOKINGS / CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings are only secure once a £5 deposit per person has been made. Deposits must be paid at least 3 days prior to the event. Last minute bookings (within 3 days of the event) are accepted but deposits must be made that same day in such instances. Deposits can be paid by card, bank transfer or in cash.

 

Cancellations made at least 3 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of deposits paid. Any cancellations made within 3 days of the event will not be refunded. Any players who do not show up to the event will also not be refunded and their deposits cannot be credited or used in exchange for paintballs. 

We operate in rain, snow and shine but in the rare event that extreme weather forces us to close you will be notified and will receive a full refund of any deposits paid. If you are not notified of any cancellation you should assume the event is still going ahead.
